Complaint Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by the Hague Animal Center, you may file a complaint via email. Management will take your complaint seriously and handle it according to our complaints procedure.

Do you prefer to send your complaint by mail? That is also possible. Then send your letter to:

This way we ensure a careful and fair handling of your complaint.

If it is a complaint related to the health of an adopted dog or cat, it will be handled by the veterinarian’s assistant or by the veterinarian himself. They carefully review the situation and assess what the next steps are based on the information.

When submitting your complaint, always clearly state your name, address, phone number and email address so that we can contact you if necessary. We strive to provide a written response to your complaint within fourteen days of receiving your letter or e-mail. In this way we ensure a quick and careful handling within our complaints procedure.
