Loki came to live with us on December 6. We knew we were adopting a fearful cat, but he surprised us immensely. After just one day, he came to sit with us and walked curiously through the room. In the following days, he felt more and more at home. We really didn’t expect it to happen this quickly.
Fortunately, Loki eats well. In the beginning, he tried to tempt us into giving him extra treats, but by now he knows that’s only allowed every now and then. 
And he’s certainly smart: on his very first night, he discovered where the bag of treats was kept. Cabinet open, bag taken to the couch, and hidden under a blanket. It’s as if he’s lived here for years.
Loki is a sweet, fun cat who also loves to play. We are incredibly happy with him and hope he can stay with us for a very long time.
