A few weeks ago, we picked up our kittens from the shelter. Deen and Skittle were given new names: Mick and Castor, usually called Cas. Since their adoption, they have been going through an enormous development. That is why we would like to share an update about adopted kittens Cas and Mick.
First of all, they have visibly grown. Castor is now bigger and more muscular. Mick is in the middle of losing his baby teeth and is increasingly getting an adult look. Moreover, they eat well and sleep wonderfully relaxed, often even on their backs. This shows that they feel safe in their new home.
In addition, they play together a lot. Sometimes it gets quite intense, but afterwards they always make up with a headbutt. By now, they both clearly make themselves heard and meow along happily in the house. Their characters are developing just as fast as their bodies.
In a few weeks, Cas and Mick will be neutered. After that, the next step follows. Castor in particular is very curious about the outdoors. Still, we are deliberately waiting until they are a bit bigger and stronger. There are adult cats roaming the neighborhood, after all. That is why we are choosing safety and growth first.
In short, adopted kittens Cas and Mick are a great joy to us. We, their proud servants, are incredibly happy with these sweet boys. Thanks for the good care at the shelter; we enjoy them every day.
